As a Clinical Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving business development and project management within our service. You will work closely with our clinical and non-clinical teams to formulate sound business proposals, coordinate and manage specific projects, and implement people management practices in accordance with local policy and legislation.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide efficient and effective management in respect of business development and project management.
- To serve as the initial contact both internally and externally for NHSTT with regard to project, quality, performance, and business matters.
- To be involved (or ensure appropriate representation) with recruitment, ensuring consistency, fairness, transparency, ethical standards, integrity, and legislative compliance.
- To work with corporate service colleagues and stakeholders to formulate ongoing service, process, information, and people development provision.
- To act as co-budget holder in partnership with the Clinical lead, ensuring that services operate in a manner that is financially viable and sustainable.
Requirements:
- Hold a professional registration with a recognised professional body including BABCP, BACP, NMC, SWE etc.
- Experience of working at management level within a health and/or social care environment.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
- Knowledge of maintaining setting up administration and filing systems.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
- Proven track record of co-production.
- Proven track record of recruitment, development, and coaching.
- Proven track record in financial/budget management.
