**ADMINISTRATOR**
**Accountable to**:Care Centre Manager and Financial Controller
**Job Purpose**:To effectively organise and manage all administrative matters relating to the home.
To provide support to the Care Centre Manager and Financial Controller on administrative matters.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete and distribute invoices in respect of resident fees adhering to timescales.
- Ensure outstanding fees are pursued appropriately and records maintained.
- Bank fees received and maintain records of banking.
- To process staff hours and send to Financial Controller at the end of each month.
- Review daily time sheets raising any queries over hours worked.
- Maintain residents’ personal allowance accounts.
- Ensure relevant paperwork regarding residents’ admission and discharge are fully administered
- Update policy folders as required.
- Support Care Centre Manager as appropriate in general administration duties.
- Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries, re-directing these as necessary in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure confidentiality and security is maintained in handling all sensitive information to include resident and staff information.
- Forward information to Financial Controller and Operations Manager as requested.
- To work flexible hours if required by the Care Centre.
- Participate in staff meetings.
- Complete all training as per Company programme.
- Assist Manager with obtaining quotations and ordering of supplies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with Company policies.

Changes which affect the organisation may necessitate the responsibilities of this post to be reviewed following consultations with the post holder.
This document is intended as a guide to the general scope of duties and as such is intended to be flexible. The post holder may be required to undertake other duties at the discretion of the Manager/Directors or Operations Manager.
**Salary**: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
