Business Support Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to join our client’s well-established team in Grimsby. This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week alternating weekly between 9am to 1pm and 1pm to 5pm.
**The Main Purpose of the Business Support Administrator is**:
The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective administrative and support service across the whole of the business.
**The Business Support Administrator Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Minute taking
- Working on a rota with the administration team, take responsibility for the production of the organisation's fortnightly newsletter
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Administration Team, Managers, and Directors
- Maintain all databases
- Assist with the completion of quarterly reports
- Undertake all relevant training to become a Super-user of their software package
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to order stationery, flowers etc
- Perform reception duties
- Liaise with the Recruitment Team in relation to new queries, ensuring all data is recorded
**The Perfect Administration Assistant will be**:
- Have strong minute-taking experience
- Flexibility due to Panel meetings being held 1 evening per month (rota’d with other minute-takers)
- Strong grammar and punctuation
- Knowledge of Sage Payroll would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently
- Have outstanding organisational and time-management skills
