Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Grimsby services, based at Armstrong Street. This is a varied role that requires strong organisational and communication skills.

You will be working closely with our teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services, which provide dedicated support to adults with a range of learning disabilities and complex needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support across our Grimsby services, including typing reports, setting up files, scanning documents, and taking minutes.
  • Managing the office environment and providing a customer-focused first point of contact for staff members, professionals, service users, family members, and visitors.
  • Answering phone calls in a professional and efficient manner, and taking messages.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent IT skills, plus proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Previous administration experience is essential, as is a willingness to travel and work flexibly according to the changing needs of our services.

Salary: Approximately £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
