Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Navigo Health and Social Care CIC. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our medical and clinical services.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our medical and clinical teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements- Administrative Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
