We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as a Youth Development Coordinator in North East Lincolnshire.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate young person to contribute to the development of youth services in our area. As a Youth Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group.

Main Responsibilities
  • Representing the interests of young people in our service and advocating for their needs
  • Supporting the delivery of outreach events, such as stalls at colleges and Pride events
  • Participating in interview panels and contributing to the selection process
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support the service
  • Mentoring 10-24 year olds on a one-to-one basis
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £8.72 per hour (National Living Wage rate) and we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for personal development and training.

Requirements
  • Aged 16-25 years old
  • Possessing a strong commitment to improving the lives of young people
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated annual salary: £18,360 (based on 37 hours/week)
