Sessional Football Programme Lead

YMCA Humber is committed to delivering high-quality programmes that cater to the diverse needs of our community. We are currently recruiting a Sessional Football Programme Lead to work alongside our existing team in the delivery of structured football sessions within our Youth Club provision.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for football and enjoys working with young people. The successful candidate will have the ability to create a safe, inclusive environment for everyone accessing YMCA Humber's youth club.
You will be responsible for facilitating centre-based work within the East Marsh of Grimsby, helping our youth club members gain essential skills required within the sport. With training, experience, and qualifications in FA Football Development, you will tailor programmes to meet the needs of our participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality football sessions to young people aged 5 – 18 years
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Tailor programmes to meet the needs of our youth club members
Salary: £13.00 per hour (plus additional annual leave allowances)
