We are currently recruiting a qualified Football Programmes Lead to work alongside our existing team in the delivery of structured football sessions within our Youth Club provision.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire, energise, and motivate young people aged 5 – 18 years, creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for everyone accessing YMCA Humber.

This role requires someone with training, experience, and qualifications in FA Football Development, who can facilitate a range of centre-based work within the East Marsh of Grimsby, whilst helping our youth club members gain essential skills required within the sport.

As a qualified Sports Coach, you will have the ability to work to a fluid, ad-hoc rota, covering annual leave, absence, and additional sessions. The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour (plus additional annual leave allowances).
