Clinical Team Lead

Navigocare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our mental health services, you will be responsible for developing and leading quality monitoring of the service, including research projects and audit activity, to improve patient outcomes.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to evaluate and review research, using legislation, policies, and evidence-based interventions to meet individual needs. You will also model professional values, attitude, conduct, and language to colleagues, people using services, and others.
The ideal candidate will have a current professional qualification (UK RMN/RNMH/SW or equivalent), postgraduate training/studies, and clinical supervision training. They will also have experience working with mental illness of a severe and enduring nature in an acute or crisis setting.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a relocation package up to £4,000, nurse prescribing, and opportunities for career development.
