Learning Disability Support Worker

Job Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Learning Disability Support Worker to join our Grimsby team. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing person-centered support and care.
- Encouraging participation in social activities and promoting independence.
- Developing strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
- Administering medication and monitoring health requirements.
Key Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and medication administration.
