Life-Changing Support Workers Wanted

Join us as a Life-Changing Support Worker and make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries or mental health conditions.
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with service users to create personalized support plans, empowering them to lead more independent lives. You will assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation and household chores, and help them to develop new skills and interests.
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes opportunities for flexible working hours, including Part Time shifts available between 7am and 10pm Mon - Sun and 37.5hrs Full time.
