Care Worker

St Philips Care Group is seeking a caring and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our elderly clients, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting their independence.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in care work, a passion for caring for the elderly, and excellent communication skills. A NVQ2/SVQ2 or QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care or Care would be desirable but not essential. If you are a caring individual who is committed to delivering exceptional care, we want to hear from you.
We offer a competitive salary of £18,500 per year, a supportive and inclusive working environment, opportunities for progression, and flexible shifts to fit around your life. Our benefits package includes 4-weekly pay periods, paid induction and shadow shifts, E-Learning incentive scheme, paid holiday, rewards scheme for all staff, and refer a friend bonus scheme worth £100.00.
