Care Coordinator Lead

Hales Home Care, a leading provider of person-centred care, is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team in Grimsby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our customers, ensuring they can remain within the comfort of their own home while continuing to live safely and independently.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus additional on-call payments, holidays of up to 31 days per year, performance-related bonus, pension & life insurance, access to a whole host of discounts and benefits, and a fantastic career development opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Taking new Service User referrals from social workers and private Service Users.
- Planning and allocating Care Workers to Service Users, managing their workload, adhering to Hales Group policies and principles and legislation relating to Working Time Regulations.
- Answering and monitoring incoming telephone calls.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Rostering experience in domiciliary care preferred.
- Knowledge of domiciliary care provision.
- Have or be willing to work towards a QCF (NVQ) level 3 in Care/ Management or equivalent.
- Domiciliary care experience.
