Support Worker

Main Duties:
- To provide personal care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as washing, dressing, and oral care, while encouraging participation in leisure activities.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by performing light cleaning duties and assisting with daily tasks.
- Provide assistance with meal times and refreshments, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all.
- Comply with relevant statutory and legal requirements, including Health & Safety and Infection Prevention and Control policies.
Requirements:
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs.
