Client Payroll Administrator

We're excited to offer opportunities for both trainees and experienced Payroll professionals to join our Dataplan Client Payroll team in Grimsby. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering our outsourced payroll services efficiently and on time to our valued customers.
**What will you be doing?**
As a Client Payroll Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing client payrolls of various complexities
- Inputting permanent details into client payrolls
- Handling statutory payments
- Understanding tax codes and PAYE
- Addressing client queries regarding payroll matters
- Generating management reports for clients
- Communicating with clients verbally and in writing
- Staying updated on technical knowledge
- Undertaking ad hoc duties as needed.
**What are we looking for?**
While prior experience managing payroll tasks and possessing a Level 3 Payroll qualification would be advantageous, it's not mandatory. More importantly, we're looking for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, retail, administration, or office environments.
