An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to support 15 fee earners across our Employment and Corporate teams in Grimsby. The position would suit those with previous administration experience.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Dealing with routine enquiries from internal and external clients and providing updates as requested.
- Providing administration support including file openings and preparing engagement letters.
- Preparing invoices and drafting breakdowns / cost schedules.
- Producing documents and letters using templates on the system as well as track changing large documents.
- Collating bundles of documents.
- Preparing presentations.
- Organising invitations to events and following up on new client contacts.
- Responsibility for renewing and updating the Employment Advice Line.
- Filing correspondence and documents appropriately.
- Coordinating meetings and diary management.
- Ensuring stationery levels are maintained within the department.
- Carrying out photocopying, scanning and printing tasks as requested.
- Preparing minutes and reports.
- Typing transcripts of audio interviews, routine correspondence and documents.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous administration experience
- Proven ability to be able to work accurately and under pressure
- An ability to plan and prioritise work activities
- Ability to show initiative and establish positive working relationships with colleagues
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Competent IT user
- An eye for detail
