We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at our Lincolnshire office. Salary up to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The core duties and responsibilities for this role are:
- Answering queries via the telephone
- Collating day sheets and progressing of WeighSoft
- Creating sales invoices
- Internal journal entries
- Allocating supplier POD's against invoices
- General admin tasks
- Taking payments via telephone
- Assisting with accounts
- Covering weighbridge when needed
- Covering reception when needed
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role is desirable
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational, administrative, and planning skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Able to multi-task
