**Administrative Assistant - Full Time - 6-month Maternity Cover - Grimsby**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our clients well-established team near Grimsby. This position is Maternity Cover to last approx 6 months.
**The Main Purpose of the Administrative Assistant**:
The office administrator will be required to support the office with the day to day duties ensuring
that all information is up to date.
**The Administrative Assistant Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Processing Payroll
- Bookkeeping
- Preparing and processing invoices
- Ensuring all records and systems are kept up to date
- Provide great customer service to customers and clients
- Welcoming customers at reception and answering the main telephone number
- Keeping the company’s social media pages up to date
**The Perfect Administrative Assistant will be**:
- Have a polite and friendly manner
- Be highly organised and able to work to deadlines
- Experienced in using Xero (advantageous)
- Experienced in processing payroll (advantageous)
- Experienced in bookkeeping (advantageous)
