Stock Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stock Administrator to join our client's well-established team in Grimsby.
**The Main Purpose of the Stock Administrator**:
The Stock Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing stock levels, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely deliveries and replenishment.
**The Stock Administrator Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Checking stock levels regularly
- Managing bookings on the system
- Completing all required paperwork
- Using specific warehouse management systems
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete all delivery documentation
- Support other departments to ensure the best possible service is always provided
- Provide an efficient order-processing service for customers across all sites
- Ensure the receipt of orders is timely and accurate
**The Perfect Stock Administrator will be**:
- Be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Previous experience working within a warehouse environment (preferred)
