An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our client's well-established team in Grimsby on a Temp-Perm basis.

**The Main Purpose of the Administrator**:
The Administrator will be responsible for supporting management and colleagues in the smooth running of the Coldstore and Warehouse.

**The Administrator Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Liaising with haulers and the transport department regarding deliveries
- Managing orders
- Producing and checking reports
- Assisting with stock checks and audits
- Ensure all databases are kept up to date
- Prepare orders for the following day
- Labelling pallets
- Always complying with GDPR
- Report any discrepancies or concerns to the immediate line manager
- Assist in the carrying out of risk assessments and development of safe systems of work
- All administration duties as required

**The Perfect Administrator will be**:

- Be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Previous experience working within an administration position
