- Customer-centric coordination: Work closely with the product control and transport departments, ensuring that customer requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
- Mentorship and support: Assist the Sales Manager by sharing your expertise and participating in the training of new team members, providing valuable one-on-one mentoring where needed.
- Maximising potential: In partnership with the Business Development Team, identify and justify any spending shortfalls with budgeted accounts, driving revenue growth.
- Stock management pro: Take full accountability for stock products held for individual customers, while ensuring efficient control of shared product ranges to avoid shortages and unnecessary stock.
- Collaborative teamwork: Embrace a team-oriented approach, supporting colleagues and sharing information to achieve collective success.

37.5 hours, hybrid (2-3 days from Grimsby office)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
