Dee Bee Wholesale, Grimsby.
**The Company**
We are a Grimsby based family run business, focused on Delivered Wholesale and Convenience Retail Stores in the North of England.
**What will you be doing?**
Supporting the Trading Team, the role will take responsibility for ordering and managing stock levels throughout our Wholesale Depots, across several suppliers, ensuring great stock availability in both depots for our Delivered and Cash and Carry Customers.
In addition to the Trading Team, the Stock Controller will also work closely with the Operations, Sales and Finance Teams to ensure stock availability, accuracy and integrity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Administration of productions on company ordering systems.
Use of Company systems to analyse stockholding, future demand and place orders with suppliers.
Monitor orders throughout the order process to ensure deliveries are on time.
Work with the Trading Team to forecast future demand for promotions, new listings and seasonal uplift.
Co-ordinate internal stock transfers to ensure availability is maintained.
Check stocks when required.
Working with trading team to identify excess stocks and resolve stock issues.
Ensuring purchases are kept within agreed stockholding levels.
Work with suppliers, building great relationships to maintain stock availability for the business.
**Key Skills**:
Numerate, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent time management skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
