Hours - Working 6am – 6pm (4 on 4 off)

Commutable from Hull, or Cleethorpes

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Dispatch Administrator for a company based in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. The role will be to cover maternity cover for 12 months.

The Role

The despatch administrator is a key team player within the 3rd party logistics team, who will pro-actively fix and report stock issues to the relevant departments. They will provide continual support to the stock controllers and site planners and will be responsible for the maintenance and root causing of EDI messages.

Duties

Monitor & maintain accurate inventory levels by regularly reconciling stock listings against holdings sent from external locations.
Process and root causing of failed EDI messages for all sites, raising issues & suggesting relevant areas for improvement.
Being the key contact for site issues relating to EDI messages and stock transacting.
Support site planning teams with stock ordering from external locations.
Provide weekend cover for manual sales invoicing.
Contribute to daily & weekly KPI reviews.
Overseeing & keeping appropriate documentation where necessary
