**The Vacancy**
We are seeking a Transformation Assistant is to support the innovation team to develop, test, deliver and embed innovation and change management at all levels within the business. You will be liaising with the payroll, pension and HR functions and supporting the identification of innovation potentials, derivation of ideas, evaluation and release of ideas creating smooth processes and efficiencies across the organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the development and testing of business solutions designed to standardise, simplify and automate to achieve maximum efficiency
- Support the development of internal procedure notes, guidance, checklists and the delivery of training to colleagues
- Testing newly developed or improved processes to ensure there are no bugs or issues prior to handing them to stakeholder for user testing
- Dealing with ‘first line’ queries about processes and procedures from stakeholders
- Undertake project administration duties to support the innovation team the head of department and other stakeholders to meet targets and deadlines
- Assist the innovation and pension teams with general workload during certain peaks during the year
**Experience**

- Have an enquiring mind and be a quick learner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service focussed, with the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties
- The ability to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Flexible and adaptable to deal with uneven workloads and pressures in meeting deadlines,
