Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Senior Leadership Team, providing high-level support to our Chief Executive and other senior leaders. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the development and implementation of business strategies.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of providing executive assistance, with a strong understanding of business operations and administration. You will be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary package, you will also receive a range of benefits, including annual leave, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive and other senior leaders.
- To manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare presentations.
- To maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
- To develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve business operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of providing executive assistance.
- Strong understanding of business operations and administration.
- Highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with office software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
