About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Conduct and Complaints Specialist to join Miryco Consultants Ltd as a key member of the compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty frameworks.
  • Manage a team of Conduct and Complaints specialists.
  • Ensure the team adheres to relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate a positive conduct culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years' experience in Conduct Risk roles.
  • Background in insurance, preferably with Lloyd's of London expertise.
  • Commercial acumen and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proven team management experience.

Location: City of London

Estimated Salary Range: £110,000 - £160,000 per annum
