Job Title: Technical Account Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to lead our major customer accounts, building strong relationships with top retailers in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain excellent relationships with key retail partners.
- Develop tailored strategies for each account to drive growth and satisfaction.
- Provide technical support for seamless integration and ongoing functionality of our clients' products.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service.
- Analyze account performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or technical account management.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and exposure to risk factors in food manufacturing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building trust and rapport.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to manage complex accounts.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on location and experience.
