The Opportunity

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on financial solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of small business owner relationships to achieve retention and negotiated goals.• Developing relationships with local businesses and Centres of Influence.• Engaging with new and existing clients to build strong relationships and provide advice.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A results-oriented attitude and knowledge of the small business market.• Excellent business development techniques and understanding of small business legal structures and lifecycles.• Good organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.• An education in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience.
