  • Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on support for technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing functionality of our clients products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—engineering, product development, and sales/commercial to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Performance Analysis: Track account performance metrics.
