Senior Business Development Manager

As Head of Business Development (Smart Home), you'll play a critical role in driving our growth strategy, leveraging your expertise in sales and innovation to capture new markets and increase revenue.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales enablement, equipping our teams with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing our growth strategy and ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of our growth strategy.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years' experience in sales and innovation, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- A strong understanding of the energy sector and its trends, with a passion for sustainability.
