Job DescriptionThe Key Account Manager will manage sales for defined private and NHS accounts, focusing on building customer alliances, establishing product differentiation, and achieving short- and long-term sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Establish professional, partnership-based relationships with customers.
- Maintain strong strategic business planning and critical thinking skills.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrable sales success from a similar role within the UK Pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of the current NHS structure and private healthcare providers.
- Large account management experience highly desired.
- Experience of managing commercial accounts and other collaboration partners highly desired.
- Experience of selling in highly competitive markets essential.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to thrive on new challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, flexible, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
