About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Business Development Manager to join our team at Logitech.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing business plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS TO DRIVE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target segments, including new markets and technologies
  • Representing the company at key events and conferences to build relationships and promote our brand
  • Maximizing new business development opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with clients and partners
  • Overseeing and managing a KAM (Key Account Management) team to optimize retail customer base
  • Staying up-to-date with category-specific landscapes and trends to inform business decisions
  • Reporting on key metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of commercial and sales experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance
  • Excellent IT, budget, report writing, and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work calmly under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
  • Influence and cross-functional working in a matrix-structure environment
  • Relevant qualifications and experience, with a strong understanding of omni-channel knowledge
