Business Development Manager Job Description

Our client, a leading telesales company, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its market reach. As part of its growth strategy, the company aims to attract top talent to join its dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage qualified meetings generated by the Business Development Executives, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to sales close.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions during meetings to understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Pitch solutions, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with the company's sales goals and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with sales activities, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior-level executives.
  • A consultative sales approach, with the ability to quickly understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
