Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy, utilizing a combination of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for our sales team with key decision-makers, ensuring a seamless and effective handover.
  • Maintain and update CRM records of client interactions and lead progress, providing valuable insights for our sales and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies, driving maximum ROI and business growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for meeting bookings and lead generation, contributing to the success of our fast-growing company.
  • Nurture long-term business relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients over the phone, email, and social media.
  • A proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable with using CRM tools and other digital platforms to manage leads and track performance.
