Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing payrolls for your own portfolio of clients, as well as providing support and advice to clients on technical questions.

This role offers a competitive salary of around £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as hybrid working opportunities and the chance to develop your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process the payroll for your own portfolio of clients.
  2. Provide support and advice to clients on technical questions.
Requirements
  1. Over 1 year of experience in a client/bureau setting.
  2. Knowledge of statutory and pensions payments.
  3. Strong payroll systems and manual calculations knowledge.
