Head of Global Compensation

We are seeking an experienced Head of Global Compensation to join our team at DWF. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compensation and benefits for employees across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in running international payrolls, proficiency in payroll software and systems, and a deep understanding of compensation and benefits regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits for employees across multiple countries.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant international compensation and benefits laws, regulations, and tax requirements in each jurisdiction where the company operates.
  • Develop and implement new compensation and benefits systems and processes across the global regions.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and accuracy of compensation and benefits data and processes.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience running international payrolls.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
  • Understanding of compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Experience in working with new compensation and benefits systems.
  • Experience at implementing new compensation and benefits solutions/systems.
