We are currently recruiting for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team at CV-Library. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and be able to communicate effectively with clients.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive excellent benefits, including 25 days holiday, additional days after service, and a discount and perk scheme.

You will be responsible for providing clients with comprehensive and detailed advice on payroll matters, assisting with payroll queries, and interest in payroll & HR and a desire to learn and investigate on a variety of topics and issues.

The successful candidate will have excellent Microsoft office skills, particularly with Excel, and be able to organise and prioritise workloads efficiently.
