About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven compensation analysis to inform business decisions and drive organizational success.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design and deliver training and education materials on compensation philosophy and best practices.
  • Analyze complex compensation data and provide recommendations for improvements to existing processes and policies.
  • Promote a culture of transparency and fairness by ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain compensation-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, including salary administration, bonus planning, and equity programs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
