Compensation and Benefits Manager Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits, including payroll, statutory and pensions payments, and company benefits.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with business goals
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide expert advice to clients on compensation and benefits matters

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with at least 1 year's experience in a client or bureau setting. Knowledge of statutory and pensions payments is essential.
