Job Overview

Dandara is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a Group-wide Reward & Benefits strategy that drives employee engagement and supports business growth.

In this role, you will lead the effective development and execution of a Group-wide Reward & Benefits strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and supports our goal of becoming a leading residential developer.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reward framework that supports our business goals.
  • Design and manage policies, processes, and frameworks for annual pay reviews, market benchmarking, variable pay, and benefit renewals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure our Reward & Benefits strategy aligns with broader people initiatives.
  • Enhance employee benefits to meet their needs and support the business.
  • Manage Long-Term Incentive schemes, bonus schemes, and executive reward processes.
