Compensation and Benefits Officer - HR project

Location: Stockport

Contract: 6 months fixed term contract to be reviewed ongoing

Salary: £47,000 per annum plus 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro rata duration of contract)

The ideal candidate will bring experience in analysing effective benefits packages, managing salary review processes, and structuring bonus and incentive schemes. Key Responsibilities: Salary and benefits benchmarking Evaluating market data to benchmark effectively salary reviews and benefits packages appropriate for all bandings Generate reports on compensation metrics and benefits utilisation for management review Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements Present data findings and proposed solutions to senior leadership team Work with HR team across this diverse project with effective communication Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel skills required
Working closely with the UK team, your insights will help drive the development of innovative compensation plans that not only attract but also retain top talent. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
