We are seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to join our People team in Manchester, UK, for a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of the team, you will assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring assigned activities, providing proactive customer service, and serving as an escalation point for HR Contact Center.

  • Develop and implement employee benefits strategies to ensure efficient, well-managed processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly

To be successful, you will require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus sufficient years of work experience and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Benny offers highly competitive compensation, including a salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits and wellbeing programs that support your personal and professional growth.
