Welfare and Benefits Coordinator

Job Description:
We're seeking a dedicated Welfare and Benefits Coordinator to join our team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of our Delivery Team, you will work closely with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and drive positive social change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver money advice group sessions, workshops, and briefings for clients, covering topics such as budgeting, money management, and credit options.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Team to ensure seamless service delivery, meeting performance outcomes, and adhering to commercial compliance and quality standards.
- Liaise with third-party stakeholders, including creditors, DWP, Job Centre Plus, landlords, and utility companies, as required.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to casework and attend relevant training, briefings, and networking events.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a performance target-driven environment, similar to business-to-business sales.
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based communication tools.
