About the Role:

As Campus Welfare Director, you will lead the Student Wellbeing team, driving forward the university's commitment to student welfare and success. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing proactive wellbeing initiatives, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless support and guidance for students.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the performance of the Student Wellbeing team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Manage and develop a team of Student Wellbeing Coordinators, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, ensuring that students receive comprehensive and timely support.
Our Package:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday per year (FTE) and SMART pension.
