Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative academic programs tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through staff professional development and encourage collaborative working practices.
  • Oversee the effective allocation and utilization of college resources, ensuring efficient management and strategic planning.
  • Engage with parents, students, and the community to promote a positive image of the college and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Monitor student performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance academic achievement.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record in project management, networking, and stakeholder engagement. They will have a strong understanding of OFSTED requirements and be committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

Requirements
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in education or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in developing detailed project plans and monitoring project performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relations skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Flexibility, solution-focused thinking, and a thorough knowledge of OFSTED requirements.

In return, Pinc College offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
