Role Overview:

Ingeus UK is seeking an experienced Benefits and Welfare Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work with clients across Greater Manchester, providing expert advice and support to help them manage their finances and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential advice and support to clients on managing their finances, including budgeting, money solutions, and income maximisation.
  • Work closely with the Delivery Team to adhere to contract requirements, ensuring high-quality service delivery and meeting performance outcomes.
  • Liaise with third parties, including creditors, DWP, Job Centre Plus, landlords, and utility companies.
  • Develop and deliver money advice group sessions, workshops, and briefings for clients, covering topics such as opening a bank or post office account, understanding credit options, and more.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a performance target-driven environment, similar to business-to-business sales.
  • Strong networking skills to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
  • High-level digital literacy skills, including data accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based communication technologies.

  • A competitive salary of £29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
