Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a cutting-edge Revenue Management System in collaboration with fellow data scientists.
  • Delivering insights that empower business leaders to make informed decisions through revenue forecasting.
  • Designing and implementing sophisticated algorithms for pricing strategies that maximise revenue potential.
  • Evaluating the impact of your recommendations through comprehensive testing, including simulations and A/B tests.
  • Enhancing our understanding of market dynamics, our offerings, and customer preferences through data-driven decision-making.
  • Promoting the adoption of best practices across the organisation through partnership with the Head of Revenue Management.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of revenue management principles, including demand forecasting, optimisation, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • A degree in a quantitative field (BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines).
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with a proven track record in statistical modelling.
  • Expertise in forecasting and optimisation techniques.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in industries such as airlines, hotels, retail, car rental, or e-commerce would be advantageous.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, a hybrid role based in the West Midlands, and a chance to work with a talented team dedicated to driving business growth through data science.
