About the Role:

  • Drive Sales Performance: Develop and execute strategies to boost sales performance, focusing on increasing revenue and expanding our market share through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage Technology: Utilize advanced tools and systems to optimize sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Mentor and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales teams to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a history of successful sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Industry Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the employee benefits market, including private medical insurance, group risk, health & wellbeing, and international medical insurance.
  • Sales Leadership Skills: Showcase excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Tech Savviness: Be proficient in using technology to streamline sales processes, analyze data, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or finance.
