Business Administration Coordinator

**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team in Mallusk. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing government contracts, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting details into our system to ensure efficient contract management
- Allocating vehicles for sale and coordinating daily/weekly reporting for clients
- Liaising with government vendors and buyers to facilitate smooth transactions
- Registering new customers and buyers while providing excellent customer service
- Carrying out weekly audits on sales and stock to maintain accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
- Excellent IT literacy skills, including data entry and software proficiency
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with office environments and procedures is desirable
Salary and Benefits:
