**DESCRIPTION**

Due to continued growth and recent new contracts, we are looking to add to our already brilliant team and recruit a Consumables Coordinator.

B.I. Electrical Services (NI) Limited is a company within the Greenview Group. We specialise in delivering services across, commercial, domestic, public and private sectors across the UK and Ireland. The Group comprises of: B.I. Electrical Services, Bel-Air Services, Greenview Gas, Central Heating Services and Electrical Services Southern.

The Consumables Coordinator will assist the team across various commercial contracts.

**Key Responsibilities for Consumables Coordinator**:

- Material ordering.
- Completion of goods inwards notices.
- Supply chain coordination.
- Supply chain audits.
- Monitoring of consumables.
- Waste coordination to include filing of records and removal.
- Administration tasks to be completed in a timely manner.
- Coordination with various departments.
- Month end accounts for purchase orders.
- Plant controls for sign in/out processes.
- Calibration of equipment coordination.
- Stock deliveries to site.
- Inventory of plant, stock and issuing of materials.
- Any other related duties as reasonably assigned by the role’s line manager.

**Requirements**:

- 5 GCSE’s to include English and Maths (Grade C or above).
- Plumbing/Mechanical qualification or 3 years relevant experience in a similar field (wholesale, facilities management or Construction).
- CSR Card.
- Experience on a contract costing or purchasing system.
- Self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Pro-active with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Team player.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Microsoft Office competency.
- Competent planning and organisational skills.
